CLC announces launch of professional membership organization and new association website.

Contracted feeding is an industry that generates in excess of 30 billion dollars annually, dominated by service providers such as Compass Group, Sodexho, and Aramark. CLC will help members learn to reduce costs and improve operational performance by providing insight on creating fair contracts and partnerships with service providers.

The CLC member website provides a number of resources including knowledgebase articles, operational tools, expert advice and peer networking. CLC offers knowledge based services throughout all disciplines of contracted feeding including: healthcare, business & industry/corporate dining, universities, K-12 education, senior living, recreation, military, airports, stadiums and other food service venues.
